How to receive Wholesale price on your oils!

This is essentially doTERRA’s Customer Appreciation Program.

For those who choose to build the business, this is essential, BUT…for the many others who simply choose to use the product, this is your avenue to accumulate Reward Points (product credit) for your loyalty in purchasing doTERRA products on a monthly basis.

When you purchase a minimum of 50PV (product value) each month, your rewards will increase on a quarterly basis.  As seen in the image below:

When you enroll as a wholesale member (IPC), you can choose to do so with an Enrollment Kit.  The larger the kit, the higher percentage in Loyalty Reward Points you start out with.

For example, the Diamond Kit ($2295) starts you at 25% Loyalty Reward Percentage and also gives you $400 in product credit to use toward any doTERRA products after being on the Loyalty Rewards Program for 2 months.  This is a way to fast track yourself to the highest percentage return for any of your expenses.

The smallest kit that qualifies you for the Fast Track Program would be the Natural Solutions Kit ($550) or also the Premium Essential Oil Kit ($515).  With these kits you receive 100 Loyalty Reward Points and begin at 15% Loyalty Reward Percentage.

If you start off with the  Family Physician Kit ($150) you begin at 10% Loyalty Rewards Percentage and it takes a year to get to 30% return.

- To receive my Wholesale Membership 25% discount do I HAVE to be on Loyalty Rewards?  NO, go ahead and place a Standard Order if you are not interested in the Rewards Program.

- How do I redeem my Loyalty Reward Product Credits? Call or email doTERRA Customer Service – 800-411-8151, service@doterra.com

- How do I place my LRP order?  Log into your virtual office at mydoterra.com, click on the tab that says “Manage LRP Orders”

- How much must I spend every month to increase in Loyalty Rewards Percentage? A minimum of 50PV (product value)

- What if I can’t spend 50PV, what happens to my points?  If you spend at least $10 you will not loose points, but will not increase in percentage that month either.  You will have to have 3 consecutive months of 50PV to bump up to the next percentage level.

- What is the BEST time of month to place my LRP order? Try to order between the 5th and the 15th of the month.  This allows you to decide if you want to participate in any of the Special Monthly Promotions or the Loyalty Rewards Product of the Month club.

- What is the Product of the month club? When you place a LRP order for 125PV before the 15th of the month, you receive a free bottle of oil (usually valued between $10-15) from doTERRA, just because they are grateful for your loyalty.

- How do I cancel my LRP order? Just give customer service a call at 800-411-8151 or email them at service@doterra.com

- If I cancel my Loyalty Rewards Order do I lose my Loyalty Reward Points? YES, make sure to call customer service before cancelling your LRP Order to claim and use all the credits you have accumulated.

Sunburn Relief Spray

Out in the sun a lot this summer? Get a little too much sun?  Try this Recipe for a wonderful sunburn relief spray!

Try making this easy DIY sunburn spray to help give relief to your skin using essential oils.

What You Need:

16oz. glass spray bottle (you can purchase one here)
1 cup + 1 tablespoon Aloe Vera Juice
1/4 cup Fractionated Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Vitamin E
8 drops Lavender essential oil
8 drops Melaleuca essential oil
8 drops Roman Chamomile essential oil

Note: You can usually find Aloe Vera Juice at your local health food store.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into glass spray bottle. Shake to combine. You’re done!

Shake before each use to incorporate all ingredients. Spray onto skin as needed and enjoy its soothing benefits.

Peanut Butter Bliss
• 1 Scoop of doTERRA Vanilla TrimShake™
• 3/4 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk (or other non-fat milk)
• 1 Cup Ice
• 1 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter

Mix in blender on medium for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.

Key Lime Pie 
• 1 Scoop of doTERRA Vanilla TrimShake™
• ¾ Cup Non-Fat Milk, Rice or Almond Milk
• 2 drops CPTG Lime essential oil
• 1 tsp. White Chocolate Pudding Mix (dry
• 3 Ice Cubes
• 1 Graham Cracker, crushed fine (add to the shake at the end)

What are Essential Oils?

Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. They can be both beautifully and powerfully fragrant. If you have ever enjoyed the gift of a rose, a walk by a field of lavender, or the smell of fresh cut mint, you have experienced the aromatic qualities of essential oils. In addition to giving plants their distinctive smells, essential oils provide plants with protection against predators and disease and play a role in plant pollination. 

Essential oils are non water-based phytochemicals made up of volatile aromatic compounds. Although they are fat soluble, they do not include fatty lipids or acids found in vegetable and animal oils. Essential oils are very clean, almost crisp, to the touch and are immediately absorbed by the skin. Pure, unadulterated essential oils are translucent and range in color from crystal clear to deep blue.

Try this at home: Squeeze the peel of a ripe orange. The fragrant residue on your hand is full of essential oils.

In addition to their intrinsic benefits to plants and being beautifully fragrant to people, essential oils have been used throughout history in many cultures for their medicinal and therapeutic benefits. Modern scientific study and trends towards more holistic approaches to wellness are driving a revival and new discovery of essential oil health applications.

Extraction Methods

Therapeutic-grade essential oils are most often extracted via a low-heat steam distillation process in which steam is circulated under pressure through plant material liberating the essential oils into the steam. Steam distillation is by far the most common method of extraction, but some oils such as citrus oils are extracted through a process of compression in which the oil is squeezed from the plant. A very few essential oils are extracted using solvents that bind with the oils and are later removed from the final product.

Essential Oil Quality Grades

There are a growing number of products claiming to be or to contain essential oils. They range in price and quality and are found in skin care, cosmetics, aromatherapy, and other products. However, many of these products do not use 100% pure essential oils and often use fragrant synthetic chemical substitutes to dilute or replace more expensive essential oil extracts. Furthermore, there are no current regulatory standards for the descriptive use of the “therapeutic grade” for products labeled as essential oils.
